Automatic lead rating for Google LSA

Every LSA lead rated. Nobody opens the dashboard.

Rating leads is how Google learns which ones to send you next. LSANinja reads every charged lead’s call or message, rates it with Google’s own answers and reasons, and submits it for you.

Why rating matters

Rating trains Google. Skipping it trains nothing.

Google already credits invalid leads on its own. The real value of rating is the signal: consistent ratings tell the algorithm which leads you want more of. Most businesses rate occasionally, if ever.

01

It takes time.

Open the lead, play the call, pick an answer, pick a reason. For every lead, every week.

02

It gets skipped.

Busy weeks mean unrated leads. An unrated lead teaches Google nothing about what you want.

03

It’s inconsistent.

Different people rate the same kind of call differently, so Google gets mixed signals.

How it works

See your own leads rated before you pay.

  1. Enter your Customer IDWe send a manager request to your Google Ads account.
  2. Accept it in Google AdsAdmin → Access and security → Managers. Accept the pending request.

What every rating includes

Rated the way Google asks for it.

Google’s 5-point answer

Very satisfied to very dissatisfied, the same scale as your LSA dashboard.

Google’s official reasons

Booked customer, service related, job type mismatch, geo mismatch, spam, duplicate and the rest. Nothing invented.

The evidence

The call transcript and recording, or the message thread, next to every rating.

Your service area

Included and excluded areas are read from your LSA campaign. Geo mismatch is used only when the lead is in an area you excluded, or your team said you don’t serve it.

A 10-hour review window

Change any rating within 10 hours. After that it’s submitted to Google automatically.

Every charged lead

Calls and messages, busy weeks included. Nothing skipped, nothing forgotten.

By hand vs. LSANinja

FAQ

Common questions.

Where do I find my Customer ID?

Sign in to Google Ads. It’s the 10-digit number at the top right, next to your account name, formatted like 123-456-7890.

What is the manager request for?

It links your account to LSANinja’s Google Ads manager account. We use it to read your charged leads and submit ratings. You can remove it any time under Admin → Access and security → Managers.

Will rating get me credits back?

Google decides credits on its own and already credits invalid leads automatically. Rating is the signal that tells Google which leads to send you next.

Can I change a rating?

Yes, within 10 hours of it being rated. After that it’s sent to Google automatically.

What if I don’t have charged leads yet?

You can still subscribe. Rating starts with your next charged lead.

I run more than one Google Ads account.

Each account is $19.99 a month and billed on its own, so you can start or cancel each one separately.

What happens if I cancel?

Rating stops at the end of your current billing period.
